Extract Emails From Websites

Just type the site name you want scan and extract email addresses. Then press Start button.

Scan depth parameter is used to select how deep scan should be.

Scan only this domain option limits scan to only selected site. Each site usually has links to other sites, so they will be skipped if you enable this option.  You can stop searching at any time you want – just press stop button.

All extracted emails will appear in the table:

To save emails press Save Emails button. The emails could be saved in CSV, TXT and XML formats. You can select which fields from results table to include: only emails and names or all fields like depths, web pages and so on.

Extract Emails From Web Pages

If you want to extract emails from already known pages and don’t want to scan the whole site for email addresses – just enter them in the text box and press start button. All found emails will appear in the table:

Extract Emails From Search Engine

Sometimes you don’t know sites you need to scan for emails but you know some keywords describing your potential customers. All you need to do is to type keywords in the text box and press start button. Diggen will search entered words in search engine, take top 100 sites from results and scan them for emails. You can  select how deep you need to scan each found site. There are two more options: scan only found web pages  or scan the whole site with selected depth.

Extract Emails From News Servers (NNTP)

You can extract emails from news groups. The benefit of this approach is that emails are always extracted with names, so your direct marketing will be personalized. Another benefit is that you can extract emails from only groups where your potential customers are. Choose groups you want to extract emails from and press start button.

Extract Emails From Files and Folders

You can extract email addresses from any selected file and folder or scan the whole computer and extract emails from all files. Just select file, folder or disk and press start button. All found emails will appear it the table below:

Extract Emails From Email Accounts

You can extract emails from your email accounts. It is convenient when you have email account for marketing campaign where there are thousands of mails.

Adding new email account window. You can enter credentials of your pop server with mailbox from which you want extract emails. You should select to leave messages on the server or delete them when they are scanned.

In option menu you can set the maximum number of simultaneous threads to process data. We recommend setting no more than 7 as you can be banned by site due to lots of opened connections per second. We recommend not changing settings if you are not an advanced computer user.
